    What is your exchange policy?

    As all our pieces are made to order, we do not accept exchanges or returns. We have ensured in our design that each piece can be adjusted one size up or down. We recommend visiting your local tailor for any necessary adjustments.

    The size guide serves as a general guideline for helping you find your correct size fit. If you have any questions regarding the fit of a garment please email customer care before making a purchase.

    What if I receive a damaged or incorrect piece?

    All our products go through a strict and a thorough quality check. However, if your garment is damaged or has any quality issue, please send us an image within two days of receiving the order and we are happy to switch it out with a new piece. The items must be in original condition with all labels attached. Any garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will be refused.

    What if I need to change or cancel my order?

    Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes as all our pieces are made to order. If you need us to cancel your order,  please email customer care right away with your order number and full name. Always ensure your shipping address is correct. Any order with an invalid address will be automatically returned and cause a delay in delivery time. If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact customer care.

    Do you customise the garments?

    Size Customisations: Yes, we do provide custom sizing for all our garments. Please drop us an email with your bust, waist and hip measurements to place your custom order.

    Style Customisations: We do provide a few modesty-related customisations, as we aim to make everyone feel included. However, we do not customise the colour, fabric or style of the garment.

    How do I care for my March Forth garments?

    All of the March Forth garments are handmade with sustainable fabric and hand-dye with natural dyes. We recommend dry cleaning the garments or washing them separately with a mild soap. Please do not soak the garment in water, as it could result in slight colour transfer. 

    How do I know which size will fit me best?

    Is there a shipping fee?

    A shipping fee of Rs. 250 is levied on all orders

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once your order is placed, the order takes 5 - 7 business days to process as all our pieces are made to order. In addition to the processing time, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. (Please note: Business days do not include the weekend). 

    What are the payment methods that are accepted?

    We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners Club and Maestro) for domestic and international online purchases. You can also pay via net banking or use our affiliated online wallets. If you would like to pay via bank transfer please drop us an email.
